More thrilling action as the Metro Walk To A Million 3M GTD attracted another big crowd. Throughout the ten levels of Day 1B registration, 258 flocked to the Metro Card Club. With the heat playing down to ITM of 12% of the field / 31 players, it to0k well past ten hours for the bubble to burst. Hernan Jaybee Villa was the happy executioner with {jc}{jd} dominating and railing a player’s {10s}{10h}.
Navigating his way to the top of the Day 1B chip counts was local player Chris Pasion who bagged up a hefty 626,500 stack. This put him just below Day 1A chip leader Michael Concepcion in the cumulative Day 2 qualifiers list.

With two heats in the bag, the event has now increased to 626 entries. That number will grow further with four starting days yet to be played out. Good news, players can expect to see the PHP 3 Million guarantee shattered by the end of Day 1D or sooner.

Take note that there are two flights taking place on Friday and on Saturday. The regular flight will see blinds increase every 30 minutes and the turbo flight will see blinds increase every 20 minutes.

All Day 2 qualifiers are guaranteed to cash. Day 2 is on Sunday, June 18. They play 13 levels or down to the final two tables, whichever is first reached.
On the final day, Monday, June 19, the final two tables will see blinds increase every 40 minutes which will continue for the rest of the tournament. The Final 9 will revert to Regular Ante and will move to the feature table. The race to victory will stream live on the Metro YouTube channel and Metro Facebook page.
