2023 Champion Moses Saquing Set The Bar At MSE Main Event Day 1A

Two years ago, Moses Saquing stood atop the 2023 Metro Summer Event – MSE Main Event for his first ever Metro Card Club title. Now, he has made the first step toward doing it all over again. At Day 1A of the 2025 MSE Main Event, Saquing took charge, closing out the opening flight as chip leader, thus setting the bar at 585,000.

The 2025 Metro Summer Event – MSE Main Event drew 168 runners, all hoping to turn their lowly ₱11,000 (~US$ 200) buy-in into a piece of the ₱6 Million guaranteed prize pool. When the bubble burst,  the remaining 24 players reached that goal. Among the qualifiers joining Saquing were young gun / PPT champion Rene Mar David, Alvir Inocentes, Euryd Rivera, and the newest Metro Team Pro Lemmor Patulot.
