Time to fatten up that wallet and capture the glory! In just one week, the Metro Card Club brings players in the Philippines another multi million peso series! Underway from April 17 to April 24 is the much awaited Metro Summer Event featuring guaranteed prize pools of up to PHP 4,250,000!

The heaviest chunk is reserved for the MSE Main Event which comes in with a juicy PHP 3,500,000 guarantee. This is the biggest MSE Main Event guarantee ever put on the table. Join Jun Mondalo, Kai Paulsen, Joseph Sia, and Jae Wook Shin in the exclusive list of MSE Main Event champions.

Main Event Structure

Dates: April 19 – 24, 2023
Buy in: PHP 7,000
Day 1A: Wednesday, April 19 at 3pm
Day 1B: Thursday, April 20 at 3pm
Day 1C: Friday, April 21 at 3pm
Day 1D: Saturday, April 22 at 2pm*
Day 1E (Turbo): Saturday, April 22 at 7pm*

Day 2: Sunday, April 23 at 2pm
Final Day: Monday, April 24 at 2pm

* Time differs from previous Day 1 heats

  • Registration and multiple re-entry are allowed before the start of Level 10
  • Starting stack 25,000
  • Day 1A – Day 1D blinds increase every 30 minutes, Day 1E (Turbo) blinds increase every 20 minutes
  • All Day 1 heats will play to the end of level 14
  • Players that advance Day 2 may still play in the remaining qualifying days, however only the player’s best stack moves forward
  • Up until the final table, Ante will come from the Big Blind; ante first
  • Day 2 blinds increase every 30 minutes
  • Day 2 will play to the end of Level 27 or down to 2 tables whichever is first reached
  • Final Day – Redraw of seats and blinds increase every 40 minutes
  • There will be a 30 Big Blind ratio to average stack roll back on Day 2 and at the Final table
  • Final table will be 9 handed and will post regular ante.
  • Players must bring a valid ID for Registration, Day 2, Final Day and claiming their prize.

Pre-Event Structure

Before the MSE Main Event lights up the felt, players can get in some practice at the Pre-Event which opens the festivities. The Pre-Event features a healthy PHP 500,000 guarantee. Buy in is PHP 3,500.

Flight A: Monday, April 17 at 3pm
Flight B (Turbo): Monday, April 17 at 7:30pm
Final Day: Tuesday, April 18 at 2pm
Starting stack: 15,000

  • Registration and multiple re-entry are allowed before the start of Level 11
  • Rebuy PHP 3,200 for 15,000 chips (player must have 15,000 or below in order to rebuy)
  • Flight A blinds increase every 30 minutes, Flight B blinds increase every 20 minutes

NLH 250K Guaranteed Structure

Closing out the series is the NLH 250K guaranteed. This is the last chance to try to capture an MSE 2023 side event trophy.

Date: April 24 at 3pm
Buy in: PHP 3,000
Starting stack: 12,000

  • Registration and multiple re-entry are allowed before the start of Level 11

*NLH 250K GTD structure also applies for Power Button, Deep Stack Turbo, and Big Bounty however starting stacks and close of registration times may vary.
