22 Apr Christopher Mateo tops 13 survivors of MSE Day 1B; two entry flights remain
The Metro Summer Event Php 1.5 Million guaranteed completed another starting heat with Day 1B up on the plate earlier today. After five hours of late registration, the tally was 110 entries but by bagging time, only 13 remained.
Topping the counts was decorated local player Christopher Mateo with 264,400 in chips. This put him second rank overall just behind Day 1A chip leader John Matsuda. Also advancing with a mighty stack was Norman Grande with 207,100. Rounding out the day’s top three was Cristopher Runas who did exceptionally better than his previous attempt of just 6 BB. He bagged up 166,100 and will most be certainly be advancing with this stack.
