After months of anticipation, the wait is finally over! The Philippine Poker Millions has arrived! For the first time in history, the Philippine poker community has united under one banner with cards now flying both live and virtually.

If this is your first time hearing about this event, it isn’t your typical tournament. Four premier poker rooms and one major online platform have joined forces to deliver the most ambitious homegrown poker event ever staged in the country, headlined by a proud ₱50,000,000 (~US$ 870K) guaranteed prize pool. With cards now flying, we’ve compiled all of the information on the event, so just keep scrolling.

Tournament Structure

The Philippine Poker Millions is built around multiple Day 1 Legs held at various poker rooms nationwide, plus at 0nline platform GGPoker PH. Two buy-in rates are available.

  • Full Ticket: ₱55,000 (14% ITM)
  • Half Ticket: ₱27,500 (two halves make one full entry, 7% ITM)


For full ticket players, the starting stack is 40,000 while half-ticket holders start with 20,0000. All of the Day 1 survivors then converge at the
Metro Card Club for Day 2 on Sunday, August 24, where they are guaranteed a share of the pot.

Notes:

  • All Day 1 Flights start 9-handed, 10-handed if necessary
  • Registration closes at the start of Level 11
  • Day 1 plays down to ITM
  • Day 2 plays 12 levels or down to 45 players whichever is first reached; 40 minute blinds
  • Day 3 will play down to the final 9 players; 40 minute blinds
  • Final Day / Final Table – 60 minute blinds
  • 30 big blind ratio at the final table

Ongoing: GGPoker Philippine Online Day 1 Legs

The cheapest way to the PPM is through the online road – at GGPoker.PH – where players can win their seat for as low as ₱5 via the Step Program. GGPoker.PH has confirmed that it will be backing the event with a whopping 200 entries, secured via online satellites and Day 1 direct buy-ins. This will definitely boost the player pool with strong participation from both local and international players.

On August 3, 2025, the first PPM Day 1 legs officially kicked off online along with a raffle promo that awards 5 players a FREE seat worth ₱27,500 (half buy-in). The next online PPM Day 1 leg is on August 17.

Live Day 1 Legs

The north also got the ball rolling. Wild Aces in Pampanga kicked off its Day 1 leg on August 4 and runs until August 7. Buy-in is ₱27,500.

Following the north legs, the Masters Poker Club in Malate, Manila stages its Day 1 legs on August 8-10, 2025 with buy-in of ₱27,500.

Day 1 legs at Prime Poker Club in Manila is scheduled from August 15-17, 2025. The half-ticket buy-in legs run on the first two days, and the full buy-in on the last.

However, while waiting, players can take their chances at the ongoing “Road To PPM” via the ₱780K GTD tournament. There is also a ₱3,000,000 Philippine Poker Millions feeder event running August 11-15, 2025.

Metro Card Club

Metro Summer Event - MSE 2025

The last of the Day 1 legs will take place at the Metro Card Club with six scheduled from August 20-23, 2025.  Five will feature the full-ticket buy-in and one half-ticket heat.

After all the Day 1 legs have completed, all of the survivors converge at the Metro where they will race to be crowned the first ever PPM champion.

The Numbers So Far

With such an ambitious figure, players have already been gearing up for the event. On the live arena, the Red Dragon Poker Room kicked off the hype with a Mega Satellite event to Day 1 in July with 6 seats awarded.

To date, over 300+ seats – live and online – have already been awarded (233 half buy-ins, 75 full buy-ins. Additionally, half tickets and more than a handful of full tickets have been purchased at the Metro. GGPoker has also committed 200 entries via online satellites and qualifiers.

Metro PPM And Side Events Schedule

Before the Metro Day 1 Legs hit the felt, players can get prepped at the PPM Mystery Bounty 2M Guaranteed running on August 18, 2025. Four entry flights are scheduled at a buy-in of ₱10,000. This event offers great bang for your buck and of course a kickstart to one’s bankroll.

The PPM Main Event grabs the spotlight right after, running August 20, 2025 until the end on August 26, 2025. Players that fall early are not completely at a loss as there are still several events lined up to try to snag a trophy – and recover losses – before the PPM series commences.

  • PPM Mini High Roller: this is a two day event running August 24-25, 2025 with buy-in of ₱70,000
  • Survivor Knockout: August 24, 2025 – ₱5,500 buy in
  • Power Button: August 25, 2025 – ₱110,000 buy in
  • PPM Closer 1M Guaranteed: August 26, 2025 – ₱11,000 buy in
