14 Nov RVS CUP 2022 Main Event final 18 players hunt down the title and ₱1.9M
Another stage of RVS CUP 2022 concluded with Main Event Day 2 seeing 132 returning players crunched down to the final 18. Continuing his strong run was James Arnan Moriles who two days prior topped the Day 1C heat, and at his heels is Metro Team Pro John Tech. Another notable also making the cut was Vamerdino Magsakay who is having his best year on the felt with multiple trophies claimed at various festivals around Asia.
When action resumes, it will be a fast race to the title with six players in the danger zone and average stack at just 16 BB. Final day will see cards in the air at 1pm. Once the final table is reached it will stream live on the Metro fb page with commentators Ron Regis and Jester Intia.

The RVS CUP 2022 is the most popular homegrown festival created by the Metro Card Club. Every November, players flock in from all over the country to try to capture the coveted title. Now in its 8th year, the series has grown with more tournaments added to the schedule and a Player of the Series title to chase. This year’s prize pool also saw an extra boost of one million pesos for a guaranteed prize pool of ₱6,000,000 which was easily surpassed with a huge turnout of 766 entries across five starting days.
