The Philippine Poker Tournament Main Event resumed with 78 starting days survivors burning up the felt at the Metro Card Club. Leading the pack were notable players David Erquiaga and Christopher Mateo. The plan was to reach the money of 51 places then secure one of the final 18 seats. At the close of the heat, the two pros were missing from the lineup, Jasper Salonga David was the only Day 1 leader still in the running, and positioned up top with over a mil was Rasid Paito. Paito was the only player to bag over 7-digits of 1,041,000.
