How To Join

  1. Go to PokerStars and click on the “Play Here” or “Free Download” icon to download the software.

  2. Follow the step‐by‐step instructions to creating an account.
  3. Log‐in and find the Filipino Poker Tour 5: Open Freerolls under the following tabs: Tourney > Regional
  4. Play! Good luck at the tables!

Note: Winners get a buy‐in only. Players may win more than 1 seat but cannot cash‐out or convert their seats for another tournament. Players must also pay for their own way to the event. Good luck at the tables!

    Hi Ryan,

    You have several option in depositing money in PokerStars. Click on Cashier then Buy Chips. This will list all the available options for depositing. Western Union and bank transfers are also available. If you want to deposit by paying cash, there are a number of individuals who are willing to transfer chips to your account in exchange for hard currency. You can browse the web or forums to find them or you can also go to your local card room and just look for any regular online grinder there.

    If you are in the Philippines, the safest way to deposit money on Pokerstars is through a major branch of HSBC. Email Pokerstars about making a local bank transfer and they will give you their account details. You can then make a direct deposit to their account over the counter. No need for credit cards. You also pay in Philippine currency and it will be converted to US dollars at no extra charge. In 4-5 days, you can start playing real money on Pokerstars.
